Tumor seudopapilar de páncreas
revisión del tema a propósito de tres casos
Resumen
El tumor sólido pseudopapilar del páncreas (TSP), conocido también como tumor de Frantz o de Hamou-di, es una neoplasia del páncreas exócrino con bajo potencial maligno que se presenta típicamente en mu-jeres jóvenes. Suele ser asintomático y de crecimiento lento. El diagnóstico depende de la confirmación histológica, pero su apariencia radiológica es carac-terística, siendo una masa encapsulada, grande, con áreas sólidas y quísticas y calcificaciones periféricas. Su aspecto en los estudios de imágenes permite sugerir el diagnóstico. La resección quirúrgica es generalmente curativa, aunque puede requerir seguimiento, sobre todo si las características histológicas muestran mayor agresividad. Presentamos tres casos confirmados de TSP en los cuales se sugirió el diagnóstico en función de los hallazgos imagenológicos lo que permitió una correcta planificación del tratamiento.
